Payroll Officer

Profile & Qualification Required

  • Age preferably 22 – 25 Years Old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics or any related field.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in payroll or HR
  • Understand of payroll, Social Security, and Personnel income tax will be specially considered
  • Have knowledge in general software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good command of English with the ability to read and understand payroll-related documentation
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Have communication and Coordination Skills

Key Responsibility

  • Accurately calculate and process monthly salaries, wages, overtime (OT), incentives, bonuses, and other income within deadlines.
  • Review and confirm time attendance, leave records, and employee information within the HR/Payroll system.
  • Operate deductions, including Social Security (SSO), Provident Fund, Personal income and Withholding Tax
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related documents and tax filings (e.g., P.N.D. 1, Social Security forms) to relevant authorities.
  • Provide guidance and address employee questions about payroll, taxes, and related benefits.
