Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 26 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical engineering
- Good in English communication (Have TOEIC score more than 450 up is a plus)
- Japanese communication skill is a plus
- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Fresh graduates are welcome

- RFQ issue, cost comparison, negotiation, summary for supplier selection
- Cost Analysis & Negotiation & Price Decision
- Review cost details, engineering change cost, economic cost level
- Cost Reduction Activities
- Annual CR activity & negotiation, PCR, cost B/M & levelling
- Tear down activities, VA/VE, localization
- 3 Gen (Genba, Genbutsu, Genjitsu)
- Supplier Evaluation
- Cost evaluation & summary
- Carbon Neutral Concern Activities
- Supplier sustainability guideline, supplier CO2 reduction report, sharing experience
- Self-assess questionnaire (BCP, environment, ethical assessment)
