
Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, Medical Technology, Health Promotion, or a related field.
- Good in English communication (Have TOEIC score more than 450 up is a plus)
- Good computer skill, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Key Responsibility
- Medical Budget Management
- Analyze medical treatment costs and medical budget trends.
- Monitor and control medical expenses to ensure efficient budget utilization.
- Track and analyze medical data to support accurate budget planning and reporting.
- Health Promotion & Employee Engagement
- Develop and disseminate health information to employees using data analysis and health screening results.
- Plan and implement health promotion activities to encourage positive health behavior change.
- Organize and manage health campaigns, including the Fit & Fun Healthy Challenge.
- Monitor participation, evaluate outcomes, score performance, and manage recognition or awards.
- Create engaging health-related content to increase employee participation.
- Annual Health Check-up Program Management
- Analyze and summarize annual health check-up data.
- Prepare health reports and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate and follow up with employees to ensure 100% follow-up of abnormal health results.
- Service Improvement & Employee Satisfaction
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys related to in-house medical clinic and mental health services.
- Analyze feedback and suggestions to improve healthcare services.
- Promote participation in health improvement and wellness initiatives.
