Profile & Qualification Required

  • Age 22 – 26 Years Old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
  • Fluent in English skill and have Toeic test score more than 500 will be advantage

Key Responsibility

  • Perform general administrative tasks and office documentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory of stationery and office supplies.
  • Manage vehicle registration and related tasks.
  • Maintain and coordinate telecommunication equipment and service.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles, communication devices, and supplies.
  • Support colleagues and management in administrative tasks as needed.
