Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a concerned major
- Being able to communicate in English is a plus.
- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Leadership, analytical skill, ability to work under pressure, and interpersonal skills with all levels
Key Responsibility
- Control the final assembly process within CV production line.
- Control and plan the budget for expenses, investments, and overtime to ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Control and issue documentation necessary to support the production line operations.
- Improve processes, equipment, tools, and machinery to enhance and support the overall production line efficiency.
- Support the trial of new models and new packages, ensuring they align with production standards and feasibility/work ability.
- Research and find new technology solutions to continuously improve the production line.
