Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Good command in English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English
- Good computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Have experience in automotive industry is a plus
- Have knowledge in Process improvement, 4M analysis, Lean manufacturing, Automation
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Key Responsibility
- Managed manufacturing processes (Chassis, Axle, Engine) and minor model changes using 4M control.
- Monitored production performance, including line stop status, work errors (DPI), and attendance control.
- Led work improvements, followed up on quality initiatives (TPQC, line defects), and managed CAD data control.
- Maintained compliance with ISO14001
