Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 25 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Good command in English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English
- Good computer skill, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, 3D Software Ex. Auto CAD, Uni graphic, etc.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Key Responsibility
- Process Development: Research, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Layout Design: Design and plan production line and equipment layouts for optimal workflow and safety.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems within the manufacturing process.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes and equipment adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

- Project production : Project plan book preparation
- Front loading : Part design evaluation by CAD and assembly process planning
- Production preparation : Equipment, tooling, WI preparation and trail confirmation
- Mass production : Support production problem
- Engineering : Development, design change control, cost reduction
- Training : Maintain and improve skills
