Profile & Qualification Required
- Age preferably 22 – 25 Years Old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Production Engineering
- Good command in English (Have TOEIC score more than 400 will be advantage)
- Have some knowledge in general software such as Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power point).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibility
- Implement and maintain safety systems to prevent incidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Monitor D.P.U (Defects Per Unit) and control paint properties to meet Isuzu’s quality standards.
- Track material usage and ensure production costs remain within budget.
- Monitor production volume and ensure schedules meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to support smooth new‑model integration.
- Support company policies and keep certifications maintained and updated.
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement activities.
- Manage machine and manpower usage to reduce downtime and minimize waste.
- Communicate production status and align operations with company goals.
