Profile & Qualifications Required
- 20 – 27 Years Old
- Experience 0-3 Years.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer engineering / Computer Science or IT related field
- Able to report and communicate in English.
- Able to work both Day and Night Shift
Specific knowledge:
- Computer Hardware Architecture
- Windows OS Architecture and Microsoft Product (AD/DNS/DHCP,MS Office ,Etc.)
- Basic of Server, VMware , Network LAN/WAN
Key Responsibility:
- IT Service Desk Support: IMCT (GW/SR) and Affiliate group company > Hardware , Software, Application ,Network and Infrastructure
- PC Repair / Replacement , Inventory Control
- PC & Printer Preventive Maintenance by cycle
- Reporting of IT Service, KPI and SLA included Problem Preventive
- Other assignment that relate the job improvement
