Profile & Qualifications Required

  • 20 – 27 Years Old
  • Experience  0-3 Years.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer engineering / Computer Science or IT related field
  • Able to report and communicate in English.
  • Able to work both Day and Night Shift

Specific knowledge:

  • Computer Hardware Architecture
  • Windows OS Architecture and Microsoft Product (AD/DNS/DHCP,MS Office ,Etc.)
  • Basic of Server, VMware , Network LAN/WAN

Key Responsibility:

  • IT Service Desk Support: IMCT (GW/SR) and Affiliate group company > Hardware , Software, Application ,Network and Infrastructure
  • PC Repair / Replacement , Inventory Control
  • PC & Printer Preventive Maintenance by cycle
  • Reporting of IT Service, KPI and SLA included Problem Preventive
  • Other assignment that relate the job improvement
