
Profile & Qualifications Required
- Age 22 – 26 Years Old
- Bachelor degree in International Business, Logistics Management
- Have experience in ;
- Export operation
- Planning and control shipment in various mode
- Knowledge of various incoterm, Knowledge of various incoterm, FZ regulation and export privilege.
- Outside warehouse / monitor / control and operation improvement with logical thinking
- Problem solving and planning skill / Budget planning analysis and control concern export operation.
- Specific knowledge in Import- Export customs procedure & concerned privilege / Export shipment planning /Stock controller & Warehouse operation and management / Inland transportation / Logistic cost calculation. Free zone customs regulation
- Good command in English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English (TOEIC Score: 550 minimum)
- Have some knowledge in general software such as Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power point)
- Good analytical skill and Problem solving skill, Self-motivated, Goal-oriented are advantage
Key Responsibilities for Export
- Part Export operation
- Calculate number of containers/space for Sea/Air pre-booking.
- Issue export invoices and documents concerned for the customs clearance process.
- Coordinate with Liner, freight forwarder and all concerned for smooth operation.
- Update export shipment status and maintenance data in shipping system
- Prepare invoice report / related export documents to the concerned parties monthly.
- KD Export operation
- Set up / Balance container plan (Pickup, vanning, Return) monthly
- Manage container movement in each day for smooth operation.
- Coordinate with transporter, warehouse team and all concerned for smooth operation.
- Prepare part detail for HS CODE classification in each product.
- Issue delivery order to transporter and warehouse team to confirm the operation.
- Budget planning and analysis
- Plan the budget for inland transportation, exportation and warehouse operation Monitor and Analysis the budget monthly.
- Shipping system
- Analyze the customs regulation and find the new solution for system improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for modification system
- Support testing system to ensure the system could be used before starting.
- DUI regulation
- Follow up an update, announcement, procedure from DFT
- Control the export activity under DUI regulation.
- Warehouse operation
- Search for a suitable warehouse for supporting case overflow issue
- Manage the area, stock in-out and inland transportation
- Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities for Import
- Import Operation OVS shipments (SR & KD,CSO) and shipment schedule control
- Request & check document (Invoice & packing list ,BL,Form D) from supplier and invoice of IMA with order in control sheet
- Input detail and check order between excel and invoice
- Check detail of Advanced Shipping Notice data with invoice , register data on system and send data to import operation all document to broker
- Generate BOI for request BOI approval & manual input it into import system
- Follow up ETA of each shipment and plan due date for delivery container to warehouse (LDC,LLC,KDI)
- Check status each container with staff at warehouse.
- Import Operation for Service Parts (Indirect) and shipment schedule control
- Received Arrival Notice from Liner / Airline and check details
- Send e-mail to follow up shipping doc with IMA (in case of they haven’t send)
- Verify document correction (Order No. / part no. / Qty and unit Price) and update in order control sheet
- Issue Service Parts Purchase Order
- Payment settle, Inventory data support, Budget control, CR project control and document filing
- To support accounting and CR project
- Others/Special Support for new project
- OVS Ocean freight bidding
- Refund Form D process
- Find freight forwarder for IAMC supplier (Air and CSO shipment )
- Investigate and Claim for container damaged
